I have been searching for over two years for the right home for my family that would keep us in the area we’ve grown to know and love.

Linda did a really great job! I was a first time home buyer and had a vague idea of what I was looking for. Linda helped me to flush out the things I really wanted and encouraged me to not settle in buying a home. She did a great job negotiating and communicated with me to ease my nerves. She advocated for me with the sellers team and got me a great deal. Linda White is hand’s down the best REALTOR® I have ever come across. My husband and I were looking to find our very first home in May of this year. I saw a home I liked, and Linda was the contact agent. We met that same day. Automatically, I knew she was the right person to find us our first home. And she was.
Linda, showed me a home, the same day, I had no clue about and not even listed yet! I fell in love with the home she showed me and she pointed out things I would have never even thought about.
Linda was incredible throughout the whole process! She helped with everything. I never thought we would be able to get the home, due to it being out of our price range. But, Linda White made it possible!! It was the 2nd home I saw, and she was so on point. The home was perfect, it was our home, I just knew it in my heart.

Linda is a very diligent and I might add patient agent. And trust me, it takes patience to work with me. Every house I asked to look at she got an appointment as quick as possible which in the current market is a must.
Homes sell in days and well over the listed price as well. I was looking for a rental and she always had sold comps in the area as well as rental comps. If you are looking to buy I highly recommend Linda. She is very pleasant to deal with and actually hooked me up with a Great Lender who can close in 2 weeks with pre-loan approval.
