The Initial Consultation. We offer an online consultation using popular meeting software to go over our services and marketing plan with you. We can also share our research and conclusions without leaving your home and without having visitors.
Preparation for Marketing. We meet the photographer and videographer when they take the initial pictures and videos of your home. We ensure that CDC safety protocols are followed (sanitizer, gloves, masks) for your protection. We prepare a Virtual Reality Home Tour using these videos so that buyers can get a good look at your home without compromising your safety.
Signatures. We use electronic signing methods so that you can receive and sign documents from the comfort of your own home.
Escrow: For Buyers, we work with Title Companies that are equipped to accept electronic transfers for Earnest money and Escrows.
Inspections: For Buyers, we meet with the inspectors so you don't have to. The inspectors we use will do video calls/meetings to go over the inspection report.
Closing. We work with Title Companies that can do either an E-Closing or an in-house visit (with precautions) to do your closing.
So there you have it. The biggest risks (in-person contacts) are replaced with doing business from the comfort and safety of your own home.
